We’re excited to announce that iClassPro V2 is here! If you’re a current iClassPro customer, we will work hard to make sure that the switch to our new version is as smooth as possible for you and your staff. At your convenience, we’ll be available to support you in making the switch to V2.
• What you can expect?
Due to the large demand for V2, we will not be able to upgrade everyone at one time. The first step to receive your upgrade is to complete the request form, and we can arrange the most convenient time for you to make the switch. We will be sure to contact you before you receive the upgrade to V2. The request form will be posted here on Aug. 11th.
• Pricing
The price for your iClassPro subscription will remain the same. Among V2’s many new features is a new, convenient way of staying in contact with your customers using its SMS and Voice Broadcast features. In order to use the SMS and voice broadcast feature, you will need to purchase credits at $0.03 per message (per min for voice)
• Import From Version 1
Don’t worry; your current iClassPro settings will remain unaffected. You data will be complete in iClassPro V2, and you can continue working right away. Or, if you prefer, you can use your old account while learning the new system, and re-import your data when you’re ready. You may want to consider changing some settings to utilize new features.
