This week, iClassPro released an automatic email option for new class enrollments.

By popular request, we have also added a setting to change the default for enrollment notification emails. 

By default, this setting is set to send an email for each new enrollment. This means that when creating a new enrollment, the “Send Enrollment Email” box at the bottom of the window is checked.

To change this setting so that the email option is not checked by default in this window, follow the steps below.

1. Go to Settings>Setup>Family Settings

2. Click the pencil icon next to Enrollment Emails to open the window.

3. Uncheck and save the changes.

Tip: The check box to send an enrollment notification email will always be available in the new enrollment window. This means you will always have the option to send the enrollment details to the family. This setting simply allows you to adjust the default to whichever option is most convenient for your business.

A new feature has been released which allows you to purchase your SMS credits for text messaging and voice broadcasts online from your iClassPro account!

To purchase credits, an administrative user can go to Settings>Setup>General Settings> SMS and Voice. Click the pencil icon to open the following window.

From this window you can view the number of credits on your account and purchase more by clicking “Buy More SMS and Voice Credits.” This will open a new window.

Here, you can calculate your total purchase and select your payment method- using your autopay information on file, a credit card, or an e-check. Notice a minimum purchase of 100 credits is required.

Click “Finish” when you are done entering your payment information to process the purchase. Your purchased credits will now be available for use.

Simply come up with a Photo showing a sign with your gym in the background (inside or outside) letting everyone know how proud you are to be an iClassPro User. Be as Creative as you can. We hope you get your whole gym involved!

Two weeks from the end of the contest, a group of Design artist’s will be picking the top 10 most creative and outgoing photos. Once the 10 photos are selected, there will be a race to who has the most “likes” and on August 20, 2011 at 12pm CST, there will be an announcement letting the lucky gym know that they are the contest winners!

Requirements:

1. Make a custom sign : with a simple phrase or image showing your excitement

(IE: Superstars is Proud to Go Pro!)

2. Find a creative way to implement your sign in a photo involving your gym, staff, and/or clients

3. Submit the Photo to our facebook page! ( www.facebook.com/iclasspro )

4. Once the 10 photos are selected, get your clients and staff to go to the iClassPro facebook Page and vote by “liking” the photo you have submitted.

5. Have Fun!!!

Don’t forget, using iClassPro’s “Email Blast Wizard” is a great way to get the word out to your clients about this awesome contest!
