We Added A New Server
Over the past few weeks, we have been working hard on expanding our servers. We hope to bring you the best user experience with our software and our service. The new servers will help us to provide that for you.
As of today, we have launched our new server and it is operating normally. Anytime you login to iClassPro, we will automatically detect the fastest server for you and log in you. This will ensure best performance of the iClassPro application and the parent portal on your website all throughout the day.

Varsity iClassPro and NCA/NDA All-Star Nationals Comments Off
Varsity iClassPro will be joining the 2012 NCA/NDA All-Star Nationals this weekend at the Dallas Convention Center. iClassPro will be supporting our clients Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Make sure to stop by and say hello! Please bring your team and join us for a team photo and we will post it to our iClassPro Facebook proudly. Thanks for letting us be your management software and good luck at this years national event.

We Updated Our Privacy Policy and Terms Comments Off

Whether you’re new to iClassPro or an experienced Pro client, please take the time to read over our new updated Privacy Policies and our Terms and Conditions. As many of you are starting the year off with a resolution to maintain “cleaner” records, iClassPro strives to do the same.
This stuff matters, so we wanted to explain what’s changing, why and what these changes mean for You (Users of iClassPro). This includes both you, our client, and your clients (Parent Portal users).
First, our Privacy Policies (https://www.iclassprov2.com/icpv2/icpprivacy.php) needed updated. We have grown to be one of the top Class Management Software companies out there, and we are always growing and making changes. We know with changes come new security concerns and policies. This approach can be somewhat complicated. Staying current enables iClassPro to integrate with different products and services to allow us to help you maintain your business as efficiently and effectively as possible. We want to create a beautifully simple and intuitive user experience within iClassPro. So that’s why we have updated Privacy Policies that will cover all of our business practices and explains what information we collect and how we use it in a much more readable way.
Secondly, we updated the iClassPro Terms and Conditions you agree to when you use our products (https://www.iclassprov2.com/icpv2/icpterms.php). As with our Privacy Policies, we’ve rewritten them so they’re easier to read and corrected our address to reflect our new building location here in Longview, Texas.
These changes will take effect today, February 3, 2012, and we’re starting to notify users today via email and a notice on our homepage.
