Q How does the free trial work?
Note: If you cancel your account after your initial billing, iClassPro will not charge your card in the future, but no refunds will be issued.
Ex. If your billing cycle is on the 1st of the month, and you cancel on the 5th, you’ll still have to pay for the current month, but you will not be charged again.
Q What do I need to do to get setup to accept Credit Cards?
If you already have a merchant account that processes your credit cards, Authorize.net can usually integrate with that account. Contact Authorize.net to find out.
After you decide which account you want, you will need to fill out their application. You can find the information below to apply for either an Authorize.net or MMOA account.
Authorize.net
Online Application:

1. Download the Authorize.Net Merchant Account/Payment Gateway form at http://www.iclasspro.com/support (Downloads)
2. Fill out the Merchant Account request forms.
3. Send the forms along with the proper requested information to Authorize.net

Upon prompt approval, your account will be set up to accept credit cards as online payment.
An Authorize.net Payment Gateway account enables you to authorize, settle, and manage credit card and electronic check payments.

Q What is ACH / NACHA File Generation?
iClassPro includes, at no additional cost, a NACHA File Generation feature. You can use iClassPro’s NACHA file generation feature to process ACH transactions for a group of your clients in one easy step.
The NACHA file feature works similar to auto-payments feature. A NACHA file is a universal file format that a bank of your choice can process. Normally, your banks processing fee is cheaper than a merchant/Payment Gateway account. So, this is a feature that can save you money. In order to process an ACH transaction for someone, you must first have their written approval (or their Billing Authorization acceptance in the Parent Portal). Then, your client can save their routing number and account number on file with you through the parent portal, or you can enter the information on the family page from the staff-side of iClassPro. Information saved and entered in iClassPro is very secure in our database, and all information sent over the internet with iClassPro is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption.
To participate and initiate an ACH transfer, you will need to do the following:
1. Contact your bank and obtain approval for the service. Be sure to let them know that your iClassPro account will provide you with a universal NACHA format file.
2. Setup iClassPro’s NACHA file generation settings. You bank can provide you with all the information you need to enter in iClassPro.
1. Login as Administrator
2. Go to ‘Business Settings’
3. Go to ‘Transaction Settings’
4. Click view next to ‘NACHA file generation’
5. Enter the information that you obtained from your bank.
3. Obtain approval from your customers before initiating transactions.
How it works (ACH):
Upon your customer’s written approval, you will enter your customer’s account number and routing number into iClassPro.
The routing and account numbers are located at the bottom of his/her check.
At the first of the month or session, you will go to the “Transactions” icon and choose “Autopay”.
When it asks, “Select an Auto Payment Task”, make sure to select “Generate NACHA file.”
iClassPro will display a list of customers that meet the following criteria.
1. The customer must have an account balance greater than zero.
2. The office staff must have enabled auto pay and entered routing and bank account information into the family details “Autopay” section located on the family details page.
iClassPro will automatically enter ACH payments for all of your customers and create a universal NACHA file that you can download and take to your bank. Most banks can process your NACHA file and deposit funds into your bank account the next business day.

Q How much does iClassPro cost?
iClassPro charges per location, and the price goes down the more locations you have.
Note: Locations refer to multiple facilities (North Gym / South Gym). You may have multiple staff and users per location at no extra charge.

1. “Business Settings” in the top right of the application
2. Then “Import/Export”
3. Make sure to create an iClassPro backup file before you import. Even if you you do not have data in iClassPro yet.
