A Network issue confirmed outside Dallas Network 0

A Network issue has been confirmed outside of the Dallas Network. This is causing some people to have difficulty accessing our site depending on who your internet service providor is. We are working with the hosting companies to have the issue resolved quickly. More updates coming soon.

Latest Additions in Making Life Easier For You! Comments Off

Listed are some of our most recent additions and fixes that are going to make running your business a little easier.

 

Enhancements

  • Age can now be viewed in years and months on the roll sheets and attendance pages.**
  • Ability to send statements to all email addresses in the families details.
  • Family Phonebook report now has family Created date filter.
  • Google Analytics can now be added to your Parent Portal.
  • Staff Schedule now has a session filter.
  • Mass drops can now be filtered by Keywords.
  • Class Roll Not Taken Report now has Date filters.
  • Enrollment Notes can be added to Drop Report.

Fixes 

  • Student List Report Billing Schedule filter fixed.
  • Fixed a problem where the family name didn’t show up on receipts printed from the home page.
  • Fixed a problem where sporadically some class days were not showing on roll sheets.
  • Fixed opening amounts on staff schedule reports.
  • Fixed a problem in Firefox where the New Class Enrollment button didn’t always re-enable after being used once.
  • Fixed an error that occurred when trying to save the rotation schedule on a class.
  • Camp Questions have been fixed and now work according to design. 
  • An Anniversary (Registration) Fee can now be charged to a student that is currently is not enrolled.
  • Fixed an error that occurred deleting Auto Pay information if the payment gateway didn’t exist. 
  • Fixed an issue with the email blast opt-out.

New Improvements and Fixes Comments Off

We have released a lot of enhancements and bug fixes over the past week. Our top priority has been eliminating any error dialogue messages from appearing when using the application. We have already fixed a lot of them, and some users have reported an improvement. But, there are times where these error dialogues still appear. If you ever receive an error, please be sure to click the “Send Report” button so we can get research the error.

Enhancements

  • The support chat is now a “Help Me!” link at the top-right of every page in iClassPro.
  • The ability to email blast ALL emails on the family and not just the primary. See more details here.
  • Added a “Save & Add Another” button for new camp enrollments.
  • The location selector now only appears if there more than one location.
  • Modified the class age range filter on the classes page to have an option for each age.
  • Removed the default date from the families with credit balances report so that now it defaults for all dates.
  • Made some security tweaks to the “relogin” window.
  • Added an option to allow a card to be manually entered and processed through an Authorize.net Card Present account. It must be enabled before the option will work. The setting is under Settings>Transactions>Configure Payment Gateways.
  • The “How Did You Hear?” report now has a date range filter that goes off of the family creation date.
  • Made some more tweaks to the formatting of the parent portal classes page to make it more user-friendly.
  • Added extra debug info to the application error messages to help us troubleshoot more effectively.

 

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a problem approving Wait type enrollments for camp.
  • Fixed a problem where camps would sometimes incorrectly show FULL in the parent portal.
  • Fixed the number of current openings on the staff schedule report.
  • Future enrollments now correctly discount where before there were some cases where the discount didn’t apply.
  • Fixed a problem where the camp “Save & Charge” button would sometimes not work.
  • Fixed an issue where the tax on the Family Full Ledger report didn’t always show correctly.
  • Fixed the problem parent portal end-users could sometimes skip the required camp questions.
  • Fixed the placeholder text for camp questions to show in the parent portal.
  • Fixed an error where sometimes deleting an object caused an error message.
  • Inactive staff members where showing under family/student enrollments. This has been fixed.
  • Sometimes the view button for Online Activity didn’t work after processing a request. This has been fixed.
  • Fixed a problem charging for anniversary fees.
  • Anniversary fee override is now correctly reflects in the parent portal.
  • Fixed member, service, & employee special discounts for camps in the parent portal.
  • Many more various, internal fixes have been made to prevent the application error dialogue window from appearing. If you do receive an application error, please remember to click the “Send Report” button.

I agree with the above comments.  I have some families that have a Mother, Father, and sometimes a Grandmother that want to receive the same email to their address.  Great Improvement to the website.  Improvements like this are why I am an iClassPro customer!

Is there any way, we can have the ability to do this from every email spot. I just checked to see if i could do it from the family screen, and i cant send it to staff. I have not checked mass statements from transactions. Can you email to all email address there. We have split families that want to see statements. If this is not possible now, i hope that is being worked on.
