You asked we listened, and we’ve improved the Merge Families Wizard!
With this update, you’ll see improvements to the new Merge Families Wizard as it relates to the payment method functionality. Previously, card data was not retained during the family merge process resulting in payment details needing to be re-entered into the iClassPro application. This update allows the payment method of the primary guardian selected during the merge to remain on file. Please note:
- The primary guardian payment details will be retained if they are kept as the primary guardian on the default family.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to retain the payment information for new guardians you add to the family during the merge.
