Accessing & Bookmarking Your Staff Portal

The Staff Portal is designed to streamline a variety of tasks for your team, including recording skill evaluations, tracking student attendance in classes, camps, and appointments, and viewing full attendance history by student.
Accessible via web browser or the Staff Portal app, it also allows staff members to take student photos, view enrollment alert icons, and add notes. If you're still using bookmarks or shortcuts from the old Attendance module, be sure to update them with the current link provided below. We've included step-by-step instructions for iOS and Android devices to help you make the most of these features!

IOS Devices (iPhones and iPads)
Open Safari on your device and go to your Staff Portal Login Page. Tap the icon shown below.
Select "Add to Home Screen".

Click "Add" or rename the icon if you wish.
