It was certainly game-changing news for our team to be named as one of America’s fastest-growing private companies in 2023 by Inc. Magazine! We’re thrilled to announce that iClassPro has once again been recognized on the Inc. 5000
list for 2024. This year, we’ve not only continued our momentum but also climbed an impressive 645 places in the overall rankings, reflecting our continued commitment to innovation and excellence. With our rise on the Inc. 5000 list, we’ve climbed 99 spots among all software companies and 71 spots among Texas businesses.
Launched in 2008 under the leadership of Founder and CEO Chris McNabb, iClassPro is a gymnastics, swim, cheer and dance class management software company. We research, develop, promote and support specialized business management software that is used by children’s activity centers around the globe.
Prior to 2008, McNabb's primary job was owning and operating a local gymnastics business. After researching popular software on the market, he found that he wasn’t satisfied with the outdated solutions that were available. Ultimately, he made the decision to start recruiting employees to form his own in-house solution.
Our first startup employees came to him from some pretty unlikely places; a few programmers from a local computer store, a salesman handing out flyers in a parking lot, and even a graphics expert eating lunch at a hot dog stand! Perhaps it was fate.

Building on our highly regarded business management software expertise in the class industry, iClassPro leadership has also continued to expand services into the overnight, day camp, and family camp industry in recent years. The resulting product, iCampPro, is a camp management software that youth camps use to manage their operations and better serve campers and their families. In addition to user-friendly online registration, the software features tools for seasonal staffing, camp forms, camper health management, and more. This expansion into the camp space prompted several new positions within our in-house teams, also contributing to recent growth within the company.
