  • What are the main benefits of the integrated websites?

    Your prospects and customers no longer have to leave the website to access the Customer Portal as it is integrated into the new website design.   • Please explain what the integrated website service entails. Will your team create the website from the ground up?

    The integrated website is an easy, do it yourself, drag and drop website builder to help you craft your website masterpiece. Your customer portal is seamlessly integrated into your website, creating a better experience for your customer.


    Our team will provide a few page designs, drop in your logo, and brand colors to get you started. 


  • Do you transfer content from my existing website to my new website?

    The premium plan provides an easy, do-it- yourself, drag-and-drop editor for you to transfer your content. 


    If you’d like us to transfer your content for you the cost is $150/hr. Generally, we charge approximately 2 hours per page, but would do a complete review of your website and provide a quote. 


  • Is there a website fee outside of the $299 per month?

    There are no setup fees or additional integrated website fees with the Premium Plan. However, you will retain your current domain or purchase a domain if you do not have one. You can purchase a domain through GoDaddy or any number of providers. We do not purchase the domain for you.


    (Optional: Professional services such as content transfers, custom design, and logos are billed at $150/hour.  


  • Does the monthly fee include customer service if we encounter any issues?

    There are no additional fees for customer support services. We also provide a support page with videos and articles to help you. Custom work is $150 per hour.


  • How much customization is possible?

    Our team will provide a few page designs, drop in your logo and brand colors to get you started. You have the ability to fully customize your website however you’d like. You can add as many additional pages as needed and use the drag and drop editor to create custom page designs.

  • What if I have multiple locations?

    We can handle mutli-location websites, no problem. Each location will need to upgrade to the Premium Plan at $299 per location, per month with a 12 month commitment. 

  • Can I integrate iClassPro with my current website?

    No, we do not offer integration on outside websites at this time. Our integrated websites are a unique, stand-alone platform.


  • Once I sign up, how long will it take to get my integrated website?

    Upon signing up for the Premium Plan you will receive a website information form. Website services does their best to give you editing access to your new website within ten days of receiving the form. 


    Once you have editing access, you can move as quickly or as slowly through the editing process as you would like. When you feel you are finished editing your website you schedule a time with our team to Go Live with your website.


    We only launch websites Mon - Thurs 9am - 1pm EST.


New Site Onboarding and Design


  • Can you design me a fully customized website?

    Yes. A typical 10-15 page website takes approximately 60-70 hours at your cost of $150/hour.


  • How involved will we be in the process?

    Our team will provide a few page designs, drop in your logo, and brand colors to get you started. You will use the easy drag and drop editor to finish your website design. You are fully involved in the process. 


    If you prefer our team to build you a custom website, we can do an initial call to discuss your needs and create a sitemap for you to approve. Our team of professionals will build your website and send you a preliminary version to review before going live. 


    A typical 10-15 page custom website takes approximately 60-70 hours at your cost of $150/hour.


  • Are there sample websites I can see?

  • Can you send us an example of a basic website created by iClassPro professionals?

    You can find some live customer sites here.

  • What is the onboarding process?

    We provide an optional 30 minute onboarding call to walk you through basic editing features. In addition, you have access to the website services support guide.

  • Can changes be easily made on my website after launch?

    You can make virtually unlimited changes to the website, making it as truly custom and unique as you like!



Integration and Technical


  • Do I get to keep my URL?

    Yes. We use your current domain. If you do not have your own domain you will need to purchase one which you can do from GoDaddy or any other number of domain providers. 

  • How do the website changes impact emails hosted on current web servers?

    It should not impact emails. We are only hosting the website.

  • What actions, if any, are needed to ensure no interruption in email services during site transition?

    No action is needed. 


  • What about linking 3rd party websites & embedding

    You have the ability to use HTML code to embed anything you need.

  • Will this be an open API platform, or if not is this planned for future releases?

    No there's no API for the website, and none planned at this time for future development. 


SEO and Marketing


  • Is there a page where we’d be able to set up blog posts?

    Yes! There is an easy-to-use Blog page feature that you will be able to set up and edit as needed within the web platform. 

  • Do you offer marketing tools?

    Our integrated websites include pop ups and forms with advanced targeting options that can deliver your message to site visitors at the right time. 

  • Do you offer Improvement to Google Tag Manager and/or Google Analytics?

    We can include your GTM or Analytics code for you at launch, or it can be added at any time thereafter. Also, your website comes with a handy dashboard that will show you the most commonly referenced website statistics at a glance when you login to your website. 


Additional Features


  • Will you integrate the iClassPro Customer Portal into the website? Is it easy to update class and camp dates that are added at the last minute?

    Yes! That is one of the great perks of the new integrated website. Once you have made changes to your iClassPro Class and Camps the updates show immediately on your integrated customer portal. 


  • Can I Add forms & waivers?

    The website provides a basic form feature. You can easily embed any third party form using HTML code.

  • Can you integrate a liability waiver into the account setup process?

    You can add waivers and forms as needed easily to the website by offering a download option or embedding your digital form using HTML code.

  • Is there an online chat function? Or the option to embed one of our own?

    We do have a few vendor options or you can embed your existing chat message. They are third-party and may come with additional fees that are not in our control

  • What languages can my site be translated into?

    We have site translation from Google currently available in 71 languages listed here


    NOTE: This only includes your website, at this time iClassPro and the iClassPro parent portal is only available in English.
