Our Integrated Website includes a DIY website built on professionally designed layouts, giving you a strong foundation to launch quickly. You’ll get self-paced training, a drag-and-drop builder, 50+ widgets, and it will be integrated with your iClassPro Customer Portal. 

The website editor also features built-in AI tools, enterprise-level SEO, and powerful customization options to help you create, optimize, and manage a professional website with ease. 

For the DIY website option, content transfer is not included. However, if you’d like iClassPro to handle it, our team can do so at $150 USD/hour (typically around 2 hours per page). We’ll review your site and provide a detailed quote before starting. 

There are no setup fees or additional integrated website fees with the Premium Plan. However, you will retain your current domain or purchase a domain if you do not have one. You can purchase a domain through GoDaddy or any number of providers. We do not purchase the domain for you.

Optional: Professional services such as content transfers, custom design, and logos are billed at $150/hour.  

Yes, customer support is included at no additional cost through our online Web Support Portal. We can help with questions about using the website editor or technical issues outside your control. Assistance with editing or corrections to your site is billed at $150 USD/hour. 

It’s highly customizable! All sites begin with the layout of your choice. Then, you can add pages, drag-and-drop content, and customize your design to fit your brand. The possibilities are endless! 

We can handle mutli-location websites, no problem. Each location will need to upgrade to the Premium Plan at $299 per location, per month with a 12 month commitment. 

No, we do not offer integration on outside websites at this time. Our integrated websites are a unique, stand-alone platform.

Your website timeline depends on the project option you select. Once your Intake Form is submitted, the build process officially begins. Estimated timelines are outlined below:

• DIY Website: 2–3 business days
•  Kickstart Package: 5–7 business days
•  Custom Website: Timeline varies based on project scope and site requirement

Once your team has editing access to your site, the timeline and pace are dependent on your targeted timelines.  

Yes. A typical 10-15 page website takes approximately 60-70 hours at your cost of $150/hour.

DIY (Premium Plan): Use our professionally designed site layouts to get started quickly, with self-paced online training to guide you through publishing your site. 

Kickstart Package: Our team handles the initial setup to get you started quickly, while you remain involved in finalizing content and design. 

Custom Build: You provide media, content, and inspiration during the initial intake. Our team will then create a sitemap, build a preliminary version, and share it with you for review. 

Editing & Control: You can always edit your site yourself, no matter which option you choose.

Yes, your team can manage and publish changes and updates as needed.

Yes. We use your current domain. If you do not have your own domain you will need to purchase one which you can do from GoDaddy or any other number of domain providers. 

It should not impact emails. We are only hosting the website.

You have the ability to use HTML code to embed anything you need.

No there's no API for the website, and none planned at this time for future development. 

Yes! There is an easy-to-use Blog page feature that you will be able to set up and edit as needed within the web platform. 

Our integrated websites include pop ups and forms with advanced targeting options that can deliver your message to site visitors at the right time. 

We can include your GTM or Analytics code for you at launch, or it can be added at any time thereafter. Also, your website comes with a handy dashboard that will show you the most commonly referenced website statistics at a glance when you login to your website. 

Yes! That is one of the great perks of the new integrated website. Once you have made changes to your iClassPro Class and Camps the updates show immediately on your integrated customer portal. 

The website provides a basic form feature. You can easily embed any third party form using HTML code.

You can add waivers and forms as needed easily to the website by offering a download option or embedding your digital form using HTML code.

We do have a few vendor options or you can embed your existing chat message. They are third-party and may come with additional fees that are not in our control.

We have site translation from Google currently available in 71 languages listed here. 

NOTE: This only includes your website, at this time iClassPro and the iClassPro parent portal is only available in English.
